We’re committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and outstanding living experience for each of our residents

With that in mind, we are proud to provide the Community Protection Program to protect your home and our community in the event of a damage-causing accident.

Many apartment communities require their residents to secure a renter’s insurance policy, which typically provides a $100,000 liability limit. This limit means you could be held responsible for damages beyond that limit. The Community Protection Program waives any liability for losses in instances of accidental damage such as fire or flood.

The Community Protection Program specifically covers accidental damage to the property itself.

Please note that personal property coverage is not included as part of this program.

Interested in protection for your belongings? Seek out supplemental coverage through a renter’s insurance policy.

Investment

This waiver of liability is provided at $15 per month, per apartment home, and is included in your monthly rental charge.

Note: The community protection program provides you a waiver of liability should you unintentionally cause a significant loss.
